Leader’s Workshops Ministry

Our leadership conferences are designed to develop and equip leaders and help them fulfill God’s destiny on their life. They are strengthened and encouraged by the teaching they receive and the worship they experience in these conferences and go back to serve the Lord in their own communities throughout India. LAMP Ministries  is a Christian ministry engaged in training pastors, growing churches, and transforming communities. The core of this approach is teaching pastors and church leaders, then discipling and mentoring them to teach others. Our strategic approach has made LAMP a global leader in delivering basic theological education to pastors in remote or underserved areas and has made it a valuable partner in helping to grow healthy churches and transform communities.
